• Head of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Odense University Hospital, a referrral centre for the Region of Southern Denmark.

• Working in family planning clinics in Copenhagen and Odense during the last 15 years.

• one of the Danish representatives in the Board from 1994-1998 and again from 2002.

Area of expertise/interest

• hormonal contraception, with special reference to the metabolic aspects of oral contraceptives
