Simultaneous translation is foreseen into Russian and French. Some of the Society sessions might be held in the language of the organizing country. |

Participants who register for a Meet the Expert session
do have a lunch box included.
Participants are requested to check with the Czech
consulate or embassy in their home country or with their travel agency

The Czech currency is called the Czech crown (1 EURO = +- 27 CZK).
Electrical systems are 220/230 volts AC 50 HZ. Adapters for plugs may be
necessary.
