Reservation
procedure & payments 

The Seminar Secretariat will
organise your reservation in the Danubius Thermal Hotel Margitsziget. Kindly
fill in and submit the online hotel reservation
form. You can also
download and print the PDF-version of the form on this same webpage, which you
can post or fax to the Seminar Secretariat together with the appropriate payment
details. 

The reservation guarantee as well
as the payment can only be done by credit card (see form). Written confirmation
will be sent to you after receipt of your credit card details which will be used
as a guarantee of your reservation only. Payment will be made in the hotel. 

Cancellation
policy 

 

For cancellations more than 14 days prior to arrival, 35 euro will charged to your credit card. For
cancellation within 14 to 7 days prior to arrival, one night and 35 euro will be
charged. For cancellation within 7 days or less prior to arrival or in case of
no show, two nights and 35 euro will be charged.
