and print the PDF-version of the registration form on

this same webpage, which you can post or fax to the Seminar Secretariat

together with the appropriate payment.

 

Each

participant must complete a separate registration form. For additional

participants, please make copies of the blank form or ask

the Secretariat for extra forms.

Cancellation policy

All refunds will incur a 20% handling fee.

No refunds will be made after 15

August, 2003.

However, another delegate can be nominated as a

replacement.

Cancellation must be in writing (by letter or fax, not by

e-mail) to the Seminar Secretariat.

The date of postmark will be used as the basis for considering a

refund. All refunds will

be made after the

Seminar. Participants should state the bank

details to which refunds

should be made.

Confirmation

Upon receipt of the registration form(s) with the appropriate

fee, confirmation will

be sent together with a receipt of

payment.

 

On

site registration

While

it will be possible to register at arrival, we do suggest that participants take

advantage of the convenience by registering in advance.
