It is recommended that you book your room as soon as possible,
preferable before 12 May 2004 as the allocations held by the Edinburgh
Convention Bureau will be released after that date. After 12 May 2004,
reservations will be handled on a case-by case availability basis. We wish to
make you aware of another event in Edinburgh – The Royal Highland Show
(24-27/0/04) – which may influence hotel capacity in and around the city centre.
Naturally, the Edinburgh Convention Bureau will do its utmost best to find a
room for all congress delegates.
