Through
the intermediary of the Official Congress travel and
accommodation agent, hotel accommodation can be reserved in the hotels
mentioned below. Preference may be indicated on the hotel
reservation form. Reservations will be treated on a first-come first-served
base. If there are no more vacancies in the category of your choice, we will do
our best to find an alternative.

Reservation
procedure  

 

Hotel
reservation may be made by completing and returning the hotel
accommodation form to BC Congressi not later
than February 18,2002. As the number of rooms available for the Congress
is limited, hotel accommodation cannot be guaranteed after this date.

Payments and
booking confirmation

 

No
hotel deposit is requested if paying by credit card. If you do not have a credit
card a hotel deposit is required with your reservation. Following deposits apply:

• 150
  EURO per room for 4 star hotels

  80 EURO per room for 3 star hotels

are to be made in EURO

Cancellation
and refund

 

All
cancellations must be sent in writing and addressed to BC Congressi.

For
cancellations received before March 20, 2002, a charge of 15 EURO for the
room rate and

50%
of excursion booked will be applied. After this date one room night will be
charged to your

credit
card or deducted from your deposit. All refunds will be made after the Congress.
