Accommodation reservation agency 

Topkon Congress Services has reserved hotel rooms of various categories in
various parts of the city mostly in city center at walking distance to the
Congress Center. Most hotels are easily accessible by taxi and public transport.

Accommodation booking form

The accommodation booking form is available
as pdf.file>>>. 

Print the pdf file and return it to TOPKON Congress Services, Istanbul,
not
later than 1 February, 2006. Requests will be accepted thereafter, however,
hotel accommodation is subject to availability and can not be guaranteed. After
this deadline, bookings are only possible with full payment by credit card. 

All
requests will be handled on first come, first served basis. TOPKON Congress
Services will make every effort to confirm your hotel choice in accordance with
your priority.

Payment Policy (for individual bookings) 

To guarantee your
reservation a deposit of one night fee for the hotel of your choice is required.
Please include either a copy of your bank transfer to the bank account or
provide a credit card that we shall debit from. Upon receipt of the deposit,
each participant will receive a final confirmation with an invoice. Full
payment has to be made to TOPKON Congress Services by 1 February, 2006. Do not
send any payment to the Hotel. 

Cancellation Policy (for individual bookings)

Hotel deposits
less processing fee of USD 30 will be refunded provided a written cancellation
is received by TOPKON Congress Services before 1 February, 2006. Full refund
less one night fee will be provided if a written cancellation is received
between 1 February and 1 March, 2006. Please note that there will be no refund
for the cancellations received after 1 March, 2006.
