The purpose of this research, was a survey of histological and
biometrial changes in the Mice endometrium at different days of preimplantation
period. Thirty-two healthy mice (Mus Muscolus) divided into 4 groups. In the first
group (Control) Normal Saline injected and 24h later a group’s mice were
sacrificed by cervical dislocation then the uterus was trains for exogenous
tissue and left in formaldehyde fixation for further tissue processing. In the
second group 5 IU/Kg HMG and then 48hrs later 5 IU/Kg HCG injected, 12h after
late injection mating done, after 12h , with vaginal plugs observed, a group’s
mice were killed by cervical dislocation then the uterus was trains for
exogenous tissue and left in formaldehyde fixation for further tissue
processing. In the third group, after similar methods done in the second group,
24h after mating, with vaginal plugs observed, a group’s mice were killed by
cervical dislocation then the uterus was trains for exogenous tissue and left in
formaldehyde fixation for further tissue processing. In the fourth group, after
doing similar methods,72h after mating, with vaginal plugs observed, a group’s
mice were killed by cervical dislocation then the uterus was trains for
exogenous tissue and left in formaldehyde fixation for further tissue
processing. Sample’s stained with H&E. Group one was normal. In the group
two, uterus wall had higher glandular branches, the group III contain changes
and increase of Endometrial layers and then, higher glandular branches in the
compare with group II. In fourth group endometrial layer was irregular and
filling all of the uterus space. Endometrial layer in group 4 arranged 194/9,
65/6, 46/2,33/7 µm. Compared with group I and IV shown the uterus wall,
endometrium and myometrium, contains significant changes in preimplantation
period.
